Explanation
The model represents a regular polyhedron corresponding to a regular partition of the surface of the sphere. This model is of tetrahedral type, i.e., the sphere is divided in 24 triangles with angles π/2, π/3, π/3. This triangles are given by the following:

                    Φ = v4 + 2√(-3)v2w2 + w4
                    Ψ = v4 - 2√(-3)v2w2 + w4
                    t = vw(v4 - w4),
where 12√(-3)t283=0.
