We have done our very best to minimize mistakes in the book. We've read, re-read and re-re-read the book until we couldn't spot any obvious mistakes anymore. Nevertheless, mistakes (and also obvious ones, no doubt) are going to be there. We are pleased with anyone who sends us a typo; we are happy with anyone who points out a mistake and we are really indebted to anyone who alerts us about a blunder:
