This website can also be seen at www.carolinawit.com My full name is Maria Carolina Cornelia Wit. Quite a mouthfull such a little girl, you may say. Well, talk to my parents about that. Don't blame me. You can read more about my name in my blog. I was born on 6 March 2004 at 4:40am, in Bologna (in Italy, that is, duh!). I weighed 3,150 grams and was 51 cm long at birth, but now I am growing like cabbage. I am a pretty happy and healthy baby. In this photo, I am two days old, being cuddled by my parents. They look at me tenderly -- let's see how long that will last when I keep them awake during the night for the next 2 years. The main purpose of this website is to keep the outside world informed of my well-being. With two unexperienced parents, it is good to have an outlet for my cries for attention, novel (newborn?) ideas and the like. Also, if you want, you can read a bit of poetry and look at my pictures and movies. I know, I know, I am simply irresistable.
